Highland Foods is a family owned and operated business, offering its customers the personal attention they expect and deserve. We are located on the coast of Maine, surrounded by ocean, fields and forests.

We made our first batch of  Maple Pepper®  in a country kitchen in Northern New England back in 1987. We use only the finest ingredients for freshness, quality and taste. We package our products in attractive, easy to use containers. We use recycled shipping materials when available. 

Highland Foods believes in supporting the local economy and environment. We donate to Island Institute, Maine Coast Heritage Trust, Quebec Labrador Foundation Atlantic Center for the Environment, and are proud members of Maine Public.
